Damir Mukimov 02fad6713c refactor(docs/locales): rename project from 'Tуган Як'/'Tugan Yak' to 'Turash' across docs, locales and test fixtures
- Update locales (ru, tt, en) to use 'Turash' and 'Turash AI'
- Update metadata, index.html, and pixel-art README
- Replace example credentials/emails from @tuganyak.dev -> @turash.dev
- Update admin defaults and migration seed to use new admin@turash.dev
- Update docs mentioning the old name

# User Credentials
This document contains the login credentials for test users with different roles.
## Admin User
- **Email**: `admin@turash.dev`
- **Password**: `admin123`
- **Role**: `admin`
- **Access**: Full admin panel access
## Regular User
- **Email**: `user@turash.dev`
- **Password**: `user12345`
- **Role**: `user`
- **Access**: Regular user dashboard
## Content Manager
- **Email**: `content@turash.dev`
- **Password**: `content123`
- **Role**: `content_manager`
- **Access**: Content and localization management
## Viewer
- **Email**: `viewer@turash.dev`
- **Password**: `viewer123`
- **Role**: `viewer`
- **Access**: Read-only access
## Notes
- All passwords must be at least 8 characters long
- To update a user's role, use the admin API endpoint: `PATCH /api/v1/admin/users/:id/role`
- Or update directly in the database: `UPDATE users SET role = 'admin' WHERE email = 'user@example.com';`
- After updating a role in the database, the user needs to log out and log back in to refresh their JWT token
