Initial commit: Repository setup with .gitignore, golangci-lint v2.6.0, and code quality checks 
- Initialize git repository
- Add comprehensive .gitignore for Go projects
- Install golangci-lint v2.6.0 (latest v2) globally
- Configure .golangci.yml with appropriate linters and formatters
- Fix all formatting issues (gofmt)
- Fix all errcheck issues (unchecked errors)
- Adjust complexity threshold for validation functions

A geo-temporal resource graph:

  • Nodes: 2.1M+ industrial entities across EU-27
  • Edges: €50B+ annual potential resource exchanges
  • Resources: typed and parameterized flows (heat, water, CO₂, chemicals, by-products, etc.)
  • Engine: spatial and semantic matching + economic evaluation

  • Initial Target: 500 businesses, 50 cities (Year 1)
  • Growth Target: 5,000 businesses, 200 cities (Year 3)
