fix: correct CI/CD workflow issues

Browse Source 
- Fix lint.yml to use 'yarn check' instead of 'yarn lint' (ESLint not configured)
- Fix Dockerfile to use 'yarn install --production' for single package repo
- Update workflow name to reflect actual functionality
